We carefully match dental Associates with these dental practices and, under a well-crafted and well-managed Transition Program, the patients are transitioned from the retiring dentists to the dental Associates.
Meanwhile, we implement our comprehensive array of dental management programs (see the our programs section of this web site) to ensure that the dental practice is running smoothly and effectively.
After each transition is completed, we sit down with each Associate dentist to determine whether they may wish to buy the practice, buy part of the practice and become a Partner, or remain as an Associate. A thoughtful range of flexible and creative alternatives is generally available in this regard, depending on the particular circumstances.
